Eileen serves as an Advisor for Women of 4D. She has committed the past thirty years helping women, especially single mothers, find their potential, work through their struggles and concerns through mentoring, training, and encouraging words of support. Being a single mother, Eileen understands the challenges of women as the head of a household and raising a family alone.
She is the loving mother of two adult children and two grandchildren. Eileen has over three decades of business and nonprofit experience that includes financial management, budget development, strategic planning, training and development, customer service, and leadership development.
Eileen spent ten years as the Founder, CEO, and President of Women’s Empowerment Network, Inc. (WEN), a nonprofit organization that focused on teaching life and job skills classes to single mothers, unemployed women, displaced homemakers, and homeless women. Eileen and the volunteers of WEN worked with various agencies and taught their clients courses that included Steps to Success; Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Decision Making, Conflict Resolution, and Assertiveness Skills; Job Readiness, Customer Service, Financial and Business Awareness. She is very active in her church and lends support to the Board of Directors.
Committed to education, Eileen has a Bachelor Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, Master of Science in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
After working for private industry and local government for over thirty years Eileen retired in August of 2018 and is enjoying herself by spending time with her family, friends, and volunteering.
